Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks.
CDE participates in numerous insurance plans. Most major procedures are predetermined before started so patients can know in advance what will be their out of pocket expenses. Patient payment for insurance balances are expected at the time of services unless other arrangements are made in advance. Special payment arrangements can be discussed with the financial manager.

For our patients' convenience we can also offer a variety of payment plans through in office arrangements or through a third party, such asCare Credit or Capitol One which ensures that our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
We also have established professional relations with our local banks to help our patients secure the most favorable terms on credit arrangements for their care.
